A random person comes and shoots a question, “Hey there, shoot an innovative startup idea?” Well, take a moment and picture yourself in this scenario. Take a 2 minute break and shape an idea right now.

Times up folks! Now what’s your idea? Pretty blank right? But how do those who aspire to be an entrepreneur find the best idea? Let me give you a few tips which can help you explore ideas that can be brought to life.

Organized the unorganized

The easiest method is to unleash the idea of organizing the unorganized. Let’s take a look at Zomato or Uber for example. Looking at them from a black and white point of view, we understand that they have mastered the art of bringing together a sector which wasn’t organized previously and there lies their success. They chose this way rather than building an innovative product from scratch. They have channeled their way towards building a unicorn which is known for its strategy. Still stuck on what to build a startup on? No worries, more pointers are coming your way.

Observe, observe and observe

Take a piece of paper and list down the things around you. Be it every single thing you find beside you. Do this until you cross around 200 things. Now shortlist the same to choose the best 5 among them. Take these 5 and contemplate on the different processes both forward and backward on how the product was created. Ponder your thoughts about how a business opportunity can be found in the various stages of processing. Trust me, something would strike you.

Say yes to gaps

Try to find areas where there is a gap in the society. Innovative solutions arise when there is a problem identified that hasn’t been solved. You might feel disheartened that there is almost everything in this world and there is nothing new to bring in. But, if Thomas Alva Edison and Alexander Graham Bell thought the same way, we wouldn’t be in the place we are right now.

So yes, here’s a personal note to all my budding entrepreneurs. You got this champ. Keep your hopes high and never stop trying. You only fail when you claim yourself to be a failure, otherwise the times you fail are just the number of times you learn to be better.
